The Avon Valley Nissan Northam Lawn Tennis Club Ladies Open Day was held on Wednesday, November 13 at the Northam Lawn Tennis Club.
Thirty players attended the open day this year, with 10 players from Bullcreek tennis club travelling up by bus and others players from Perth and the Northam area.
Playing conditions were perfect, but after lunch the day started to warm up and was very pleasant to finish the day and go into the Northam Chamber of Commerce airconditioned rooms.
Kevin Smith was happy to help with the day's event which ran smoothly.
Tennis president Julie Smith welcomed everyone before start of play and told them to just enjoy their day.
They come for the sport, lunch and the raffles and everyone is a winner.
