Tennis enthusiasts from around the region met for the first game of the 2019/20 summer season last weekend.
The Northam Lawn Tennis Club open day was held on Sunday, October 6.
With many starters the courts filled up, enjoying their first hit for the season at the Sunsmart come and try tennis day.
After three rounds of social tennis, organised by club captain Josh McNair, the break for afternoon tea of healthy fruit, cakes and sandwiches followed the welcome speech from president Julie Smith.
Players from Perth and local zone clubs alike joined in for a day of tennis.
The day finished with a BBQ tea and social drinks for all to relax and prepare for next week of tennis..
If you are new in town join us on a Sunday for a 1.30pm start or Wednesday's at 9am.
The Men's Open Day this year will be Saturday, October 19 so get a partner and give the tennis club a call.
