The Northam Rotary Club will be doing its part to help raise funds for mental health as part of this week's WA Mental Health Week.
Coinciding with the group's annual general meeting, a themed Lift the Lid for Mental Health meeting will take place on Monday, October 21.
Lift the Lid or Raise the Hat, as it is sometimes called is a national rotary fundraiser with contributions going towards mental health through Australian Rotary Health (ARH).
ARH was originally created by a member of Mornington Rotary Club in Victoria who was raising funds into research for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, and has since focused on mental health for the past 20 years.
