V8 Supercars young gun Anton De Pasquale is set to spearhead Spartan 1 Motorsports' assault on the 2020 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour.
Spartan 1 Motorsport has confirmed that 23-year-old Penrite Racing driver, Anton De Pasquale, will team up with Steve Pittman and Michael Hopp as they move up to Class A2 in the newly acquired HSV VE GTS.
To date this season De Pasquale has racked up two podiums and is currently sitting in the top 10 Supercars Championship.
Spartan 1 Motorsport was formed by Steve and Dee Pittman after a successful 2019 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour Race, where Steve Pittman and Michael Hopp finished a surprising 1st in Class E with the mighty Suzuki Swift.
Team owner Steve will again partner with Australian Production Cars regular Michael Hopp as they go back to the mountain and plan to conquer it once again, this time moving up from the class winning Suzuki Swift to the HSV VE GTS.
"We are keen to rustle some feathers and shake things up a bit. We are excited to see what Anton can bring to the mix.", Steve Pittman said.
