The Northam RSL sub-branch has been recognised for its service to the local community at the 103rd State Congress.
The event, held at Crown Towers on Saturday, June 15, saw delegates from more than 50 sub-branches in attendance.
The Northam RSL sub-branch came home with the Colonel Collett trophy for all round performance.
Northam RSL sub-branch president Mick Prytulak said the award was a great honour.
"The award will be appreciated by the members in the sub-branch," he said.
"A lot of hard work had been put into winning the trophy.
"I would like to thank the town of Northam for always supporting the Northam RSL sub-branch and ceterans in their community.
"The Remembrance Day weekend would have been the highlight for the past year.
"This trophy was just the icing on the cake."
Donna Prytulak is the Northam RSL membership officer and RSL WA vice president.
