Much needed rain recorded in Central Wheatbelt
Residents in York have recorded the highest rainfall overnight in the Central Wheatbelt.
The Bureau of Meteorology observed rainfall of 26mm in the 24 hours to midday Friday.
Northam came in behind York, recording 21mm of rain.
The township is forecast to record up to 10mm of rain on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
