Currently there has been 276 hectares burnt.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
DFES is managing the fire.
Firefighters are actively fighting the fire and strengthening containment lines.
More than 100 Career fire and Rescue Service, Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service, Bush Fire Service firefighters are on the scene.

A bushfire that started near the intersection of Horton Road and Great Southern Highway at The Lakes has been upgraded to a bushfire emergency.
The fire was reported just after 1pm on Wednesday.
Bushfire emergency warning has been issued for parts of the Lakes, Beechina, Copley, Woottating and Wooroloo.
Residents have been told that they need to act immediately to survive.
There is a threat to lives and homes.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services said the alert level for the fire has been upgraded as homes are under threat.
The bushfire is moving fast in a south easterly direction and is out of control and unpredictable.
DFES said burning embers are likely to be blown onto homes.
Firefighters are on the scene, actively fighting the fire.
