A Northam man has been named Hyundai's top rural West Australian car dealer of the year.
Wade Robertson was presented with a trophy at the Hyundai Motor Company Western Region Awards on Saturday, April 6.
"It's based on sales volume, hitting targets and customer satisfaction in the sales and service department," he said.
Mr Roberston said the team narrowly missed out the National Platinum Dealer of the Year award, by two points.
We have a lot of loyal customers that keep coming back.

"There are only 14 dealers in Australia that get to go on this round-the-world trip and we were nearly one of them," he said.
"No WA dealers got into it, but we were that close."
Mr Robertson thanked his staff and loyal customers who had filled in a survey after purchasing a car from the dealer.
"Our customer service rates are based on that - the personal feedback," he said.
"We hit all the markers last year.
"I couldn't do it without the support of my staff."
Mr Robertson said his dealer differentiates itself by its more "relaxed" service.
"Customers aren't pressured to buy a car on the spot," he said.
"We don't have that city mentality.
"We have a lot of loyal customers that keep coming back."
