Wyalkatchem District High School began a School Volunteer Program in 2000 and Georgie Davies was one of the first to join, Gary Templeman joined in 2004 and Belinda Jonas last year.
This year we are running an intensive in school intervention program so principal Colin Fergusson and staff held a morning tea to thank Georgie, Gary and Belinda for their time, knowledge and dedication to our students.
All three agreed that they have gained as much from the students as they have given and their presence around the school will be missed.
