Those with a disability, family members and carers are invited to a free community information session on preparing for NDIS plans.
The session held by APM will provide information about the planning conversation, developing goals for their plan and using it.
APM has been selected to provide local area coordination services for Northam as part of the NDIS Partners in the Community project.
Local area coordination services are delivered by Partners in the Community (PITC) who work closely with the National Disability Insurance Agency to build and improve the way the scheme is delivered so it works for people with disability.
There will be opportunities to ask questions.
The session will be held at the Northam Recreation Centre on Wednesday, March 20 from 1.30pm - 3.30pm.
