Children leadership program Camp Kulin has welcomed a donation of more than $4,000 from local business Kulin Hardware & Rural Landmark as part of the Bayer Grow4Good program.
The Grow4Good program saw Bayer donate a dollar amount for every pack of Velocity sold during the fundraising period.
Kulin Hardware & Rural Landmark's Carly Bradford said she is grateful for the support from to Grow4Good program.
“Camp Kulin runs camps for children across WA, with campers travelling from 185 towns each year," she said.
"It is the only program of its kind that we are aware of in Australia and teaches life skills such as leadership, respect, self-confidence, self-esteem, perseverance, anger management, trust and emotional regulation.
"It has achieved short and long-term results and is ranked as one of the top programs nationally, yet it receives no ongoing state or federal government funding."
Bayer national key account manager Ben Thompson said it is great that the Grow4Good program has made a major contribution to the already fantastic fundraising efforts of dedicated locals.
