The Northam leg of the Ring Summer Criterium Series has graced the town, attracting more than 200 out of town competitors and their families who lined Minson Avenue for a day of spectating and racing.
Kids entertainment was provided by Wheatbelt Face Painting Company and local children packed the course for the free Dome Little Critters event.
A welcome to country was provided by local elder Pat Davis with a didgeridoo performance from elder Frank Davis.
Shire of Northam President Chris Antonio, councillor Carl Della and community services manager Ross Rayson helped present race winners with their medals and yellow jerseys.
The Shire of Northam said they plan to continue to host a leg of the race into the future.
