Primaries York has been named the Western Australian CRT Business Partner of the Year for 2018, at the CRT National Conference in Adelaide.
The store saw given the award for consistently delivering outstanding service and performance over the past 12 months.
Primaries York branch manager Brett Cassidy said the award was a credit to his team.
“Everyone here at Primaries York has worked extremely hard to ensure we provide the best possible service not only to our valued customers but also the wider community," he said.
"Our business has continually adapted to meet their needs and ensure we have the latest products and best expertise."
While they have consistently appeared as finalists over the years, Mr Cassidy said he was surprised by winning the top award.
“Knowing how many fantastic CRT businesses there are across WA, we are really honoured to have taken out this award," he said.
"I am extremely proud of the team’s efforts and what we have achieved."
CRT general manager Greg O'Neil said the award is a reflected of the dedication shown by York branch manager Brett Cassidy.
“Their continued success and outstanding performance is a true representation of the high standards which branch manager, Brett Cassidy, upholds every day," he said.
"Their reputation within their community and also within the CRT group is something to be admired."
CRT WA state manager Peter Burchell said he thinks it is no surprise that Primaries York had taken out the top award.
“Always striving to achieve the best results for their customers, suppliers and themselves, the CRT community know that Primaries York continue to deliver for all stakeholders," he said.
"Their level of professionalism and reputation within the community and the CRT group needs to be recognised."
