A male driver has had to be airlifted to Perth following a serious crash in Chittering on Sunday morning.
Just before 10am a white Holden Colorado utility travelling north along Great Northern Highway left the road and struck a tree.
The single occupant of the Holden received serious head and internal injuries and needed to be extracted from the vehicle by emergency services.
The male in his 30s was airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment and he is currently in a serious but stable condition.
Major Crash officers would like to speak to anyone or saw the crash, or the Holden Colorado in the area prior to the crash.
