Public co-work space weeks away from opening with prices approved by council
Northam’s co-working space is a step closer to reality with the Shire council voting on prices to use the space.
The Shire of Northam said the co-working space located at 298 Fitzgerald Street offers an opportunity to individuals and organisations for sharing of a working space while undertaking independent activity.
It was voted unanimously in favour of prices starting at $15 for a half day pass, $30 for a day pass.
The Shire will charge $80 per month for one day a week and $240 a month for a shared desk three days a week.
Meeting rooms will also be available for $125 for half a day and $200 for a day.
