Bakers Hill speed limit reduced following completed roadworks
With road works now complete on Great Eastern Highway through Bakers Hill, Main Roads WA is advising motorists of a lowered speed limit through the area.
The section of Great Eastern Highway will be lowered from 70km/h to 60km/h.
New signs are to be installed on Friday, November 2.
The works were part of the Bakers Hill Improvement plan under the State Government’s Black Spot road funding where $1.1 million was allocated to upgrade the stretch of road between Berry Brow Road and tames Road to improve safety.
