Federals Football Club to receive further funding from Bendigo Bank

The Federals Football Club has been given funding to purchase training singlets and been donated four trophies for their end of year awards medal count.

The Toodyay Community Bank Branch of Bendigo Bank and Northam Customer Service Centre invested in the club.

The Federal Football Club secretary Dianne Robinson said the club was appreciative of the branch’s support.

“We’re very thankful to Bendigo Bank for their very kind sponsorship,” said Ms Robinson.

“Our organisation would not be so successful without the help from our sponsors, members and supporters and of course our ever-reliable volunteers.”

Toodyay Community Bank Branch manager Kirsten Barrack said the branch is invested in the future success of the club.

“There’s nothing quite like the feeling of being part of a club, a team and a community group,” Ms Barrack said.

“We’re fortunate enough to play a vital role in these organisations providing funding and support where it’s needed the most.

“We’re new to the Federal Football Club but we look forward to a long and successful partnership over the coming seasons.

“With their help, we hope to spread the word about banking with Bendigo Bank.

“It’s really simple – the more people bank with us, the more we’re able to give back,” said Ms Barrack.

To date, the Toodyay and Districts Community Bank Branch and Northam Customer Service Centre have contributed over $1.2 million to the people of Avon Valley thanks to the support of shareholders and customers.
