The Northam Theatre Group are busily rehearsing for the opening night of their latest production Proposals; a night of three one act plays about popping the question.

The Avon Valley and Wheatbelt Advocate was lucky enough to have a sneak peak of the show, watching the cast during a dress rehearsal on Monday 11 June.

Audiences will be treated to three very unique and different scenarios about popping the question; all unconventional love stories.

The scripting is very well thought out, with clever dialogue and in depth characters, that will leave audience laughing.

Director Rhonda Oliver has lead rehearsals for the three one-act plays including a Western themed proposal.

Actors include some familiar faces from around town so keep an eye out, and there may even be a special fury friend stealing the show.

Performance dates are June 21, 22 and 23 at 8pm plus a special matinee on June 23 at 2pm.

Tickets are available for $25 at Everlastings on Fitzgerald or from trybooking.com.
