“Extreme caution” needed for Wundowie two-car crash
Main Roads has cautioned drivers to give extreme caution on Great Eastern Highway as the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and St John Ambulance attend to a crash in Wundowie.
The crash was reported at 7.39am on Wednesday 16 May at the intersection of Hawke Avenue and Great Eastern Highway.
The crash involved two cars, one with a trailer.
DFES said at the time of the call it appeared that someone was trapped in one of the cars.
They were freed from the vehicle at 8.15am.
A female as been taken to St John of God Midland.
Injuries are unknown at this stage.
