Once again MediKO’s took part in the Relay for Life which was held at the Show Grounds in Perth on May 3rd and 4th 2018.
The team was led by Fred Dymnicki, as unfortunately our esteem Leader Bevan Lawler was unable to attend.
This is the twelfth year MediKO’s have taken part and have raised in excess of $60,000.00 in that time – this year they raised a total of $6166.00.
The ongoing support of the Northam community – family and friends never ends.
Part of our fundraisings included an Easter egg raffle, Mother’s Day raffle, guess the lollies jars and chocolates and second hand books.
The Relay supports the Cancer Council of WA and continues for 24 hours to acknowledge that cancer never sleeps.
It is not just a fundraiser, it is an opportunity to get together and celebrate - remember and fight back.
It also supports the Cancer Council in Research, Prevention and Support Services.
MediKO’s once again won the best dressed team and we take great pride in this.
This year the theme was Capes and our team was quite a family affair.
We wear our Capes united as one to:

A – Always and forever
P – Personally touches our Hearts
E – Eternally Remembered
S – Sharing the fight together
