Northam Police have arrested a male teenager following their investigation into seven burglaries on commercial properties in the Northam area.
It is alleged between May and November 2017, the teenager attended various retail outlets and stole cash and items from the stores.
The 17-year-old from Northam has been charged with five counts of burglary, five counts of stealing and two counts of burglary with intent.
He is due to appear before the Northam Children’s Court on 5 February.
Northam Police have also been busy working alongside York and Quairading Police and the canine unit to charge four people with nine offences.
The execution of a Misuse of Drugs Act search warrant lead to the charged in York on Friday January 19.
