Much loved Wyalkatchem general practitioner Dr Emmanuel Awogun has extended his time at the town by another three years.
Since 2015 Dr Awogun has worked hard to improve medical services at Wyalkatchem, doubling patient numbers, adding new services and getting the practice accredited by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Emmanuel Awogun is working with the Shire of Wyalkatchem to build on that success with a new three year agreement that goes to February 2021 with plans for a practice nurse and other services.
The Wyalkatchem Medical Practice is open ever weekday and Dr Awogun also has his own clinic in Koorda every Wednesday supported by the Shire of Koorda.
