In Balance Fitness will be holding free training sessions at the park opposite the Northam Boulevard this Friday morning from 7.30am – 9.30am.
The initiative in in conjunction with WA Country Health Service in support of Australia’s Healthy Weight Week.
Jen Turnham from In Balance Fitness said: “Attendees will get to participate in a functional training session, as well as a Tai Chi class, delivered by members of our team who are really looking forward to getting out and about in the town & chatting to people about what they are so passionate about - health & wellness.
A free healthy breakfast will also be available for all attendees on the day, as well as freebies for all including free class passes for Regional Physio & In Balance Health.
Times are as follows:
- Functional Exercise Training: 7.30am-8am
- Healthy Breakfast Smoothies: 8am-9am
- Tai Chi: 9am-9.30am
