The $15 million dollar Northam Boulevard redevelopment transformation, that started in May, is nearly complete.
Perdaman general manager of property Gary Dreyer said they are finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel, after a difficult and complicated construction process.
“Trying to keep not only the tenants happy but also the public. It has been a tricky balancing act to try and get everything done,” he said.
Mr Dreyer said the Woolworths entrance will be open to the public at the end of this week.
“All entrances will then be operational and we will be out of the shopping centre,” he said.
He said the final touches including roofing and completing the link from the mall to target. The renovations are expected to be completely finished by the end of January, 2018.
