A Northam woman will appear in the Perth District Court for sentencing after pleading guilty to possessing and having the intent to sell 45 grams of methamphetamines.
Danielle Anne Lowther pleaded guilty to 15 charges in relation to selling and the possession of meth over three months from September to November in 2016. The 31-year-old will be sentenced on December 8, 2017.
Lowther appeared in the Northam Magistrates Court on Monday via video link from Melaleuca Prison and pleaded guilty to a further nine charges that included possessing $8100 dollars of illegally obtained cash and three stolen motorcycles.
Lowther’s lawyer Simon Freitag was not present in the courthouse but had written a letter to Magistrate Jennifer Hawkins asking for these matters to be adjourned until after the serious drug charges were dealt with in Perth.
She will appear in the Northam Magistrates Court for sentencing on December 11, 2017 and will be remanded in custody until then.
