The new shopping centre developers have been in the process of handing over to tenants as the building has taken shape in recent months on Gairdner Street in Northam.
The complex is set to open on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 and will include Aldi, Coles, Pharmasafe, a cafe, Best and Less and Liquorland.
Northam Village Square spokesperson Tarryn Stain said the cafe tenant was still under negotiation and had not yet been finalised.
Ms Stain said an event will be held on Saturday, November 25 to officially open the shopping centre complex.
“At the event there will be children's activities, face painting an animal farm and other things to celebrate,” she said.
“It's a bit nicer to have the event on the Saturday and not during the week on the Wednesday.”
An ALDI Northam spokesperson said the shop will feature a number of recently introduced innovations including redesigned shelving, expanded wooden produce bays and extended energy efficient chillers.
