Building is underway for the new shopping centre complex in Northam and developer Greg Pearce said it is progressing well.
“The structure of the building is in place and two thirds of the roof is completed,” he said. “The critical below ground services are all finished including sewerage, water and electricity.”
When complete, the space will house a Coles, Aldi, Best and Less, pharmacy, cafe and the finished Coles Express.
The cafe is still available for businesses to rent.
Mr Pearce said the development is on target and will update The Advocate when a time frame for opening the development is finalised.
