The Shire of Northam is reviewing its principal planning document – the Strategic Community Plan 2012-2022.
The document will guide decision making and help shape the Shire’s future directions.
Community views are important and feedback will help refine priorities, as well as set a clear direction for the future.
To participate to go www.northam.wa.gov.au/news/218/have-your-say-and-get-a-chance-to-win-strategic-community-plan-survey.
Hard copies of the survey can also be mailed.
People who complete the survey online have the chance to win an Apple iPad Air 2.
The survey is open to all residents and ratepayers aged 18 years or older.
After completing the survey the Shire has asked people to encourage others living in the community to do it as well.
An open Community Summit will be held on 11 April, from 4-7pm, to discuss ideas.
Register your interest in attending by leaving your contact information at the end of the survey or by contacting Alysha Maxwell on 9622 6114 or ceosec@northam.wa.gov.au.
Childminding facilities and a light meal will be provided for people attending the community summit.
