The first informal business meetup HATCHout was held on Friday at Rivers Edge Cafe, emerging out of the pop-up coworking space Hatch.
Five women attended the Spring lunch on the cafe veranda and were given the opportunity to talk about priorities, challenges and opportunities they face in business.
Conversation on the day ranged from goal setting, defining and attracting ideal clients, market segmentation, strategic positioning and working in a 'Zone of Genius' as well as some general chit chat and laughs.
Hatch organisers Anna Dixon and Rhiannon Bristow-Stagg said the aim of the group is to build a supportive network of often hidden businesses that are not always visible in premises yet active in their industries.
The next HATCHout will be on Friday November 18 from 12.30pm at Rivers Edge cafe. The topic for discussion at the next meeting will be Celebrating Your Success - what worked well this year and how has this influenced how you do what you do.
