TWELVE people came along on Sunday, October 9 to Inbalance Fitness to learn the ancient art form of tai chi that is practiced by nearly 250 million people worldwide.
Everyone involved walked away having learned a complete home program plus took home a DVD and handouts so they could continue their practice at home.
The tai chi workshops are ideal for people who struggle to come to our regular classes (live too far away or work commitments), or people who would rather practice at home.
Tai chi is part of our Wellness Program, developed to target people of all fitness levels and ages who want to get (or stay) fit, healthy and active for as long as they can. It is based on the latest scientific research into health and fitness and focuses on natural, functional movement and also includes pilates, yoga, and functional strength training classes.
