A VOLUNTEER from Clackline is among 37 West Australian volunteers to be recognised for their service to the community at the West Australian Volunteer Service Awards.
Lindsay Gibson has been volunteering as a member of the Exchange Teachers Association of WA for 33 years
During his time, he has served in the role of president, vice president, committee person, as well as State and international representative and mentor.
He has also organised and conducted professional and cultural events and camps.

Volunteers who have dedicated at least 50 years of service will be recognised at a ceremony on December 5.
