DUE to the wet weather only two games of cricket were played on the weekend.
Grass Valley A took on Grass Valley B in the Riverside SuperSeries on Saturday.
To celebrate the derby, all players dressed up as Australian cricket legends.
There were plenty of mustaches, zinc and wigs with David Boon, Rod Marsh, Mitchell Johnson, George John Bonner, Dennis Lillee, Craig McDermott, Andrew Symonds, Richie Benaud and even Elise Perry, all making an appearance.
A fun day was had by all, with Grass Valley A declared the eventual winners by 14 runs.
The weather held off just enough for Toodyay B to take on Bakers Hill on Sunday in the Cadd’s B Grade.
On their home turf, Toodyay were too good for Bakers Hill, winning comfortably by 72 runs.
