A Misuse of Drugs search warrant was executed on Thursday by Toodyay Police, with the assistance of Wundowie and Goomalling Police.
Three separate hydroponic setups where located inside a shed on a property on McKnoe Drive, Morangup.
Irrigation pipes were feeding the plants water and nutrients.
A large number of items were seized.
These included:
Approximately 140grams of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, six hydro lights, six transformers, one Browning magnum firearm, one Rifle bolt Repeater, one Shotgun SKB auto, one Rifle Anschutz, one Rifle bolt Repeater and approximately 400 rounds of various ammunition.
A 68 year old Morangup man has been charged with one count each of Came into Possession of three or more firearms whilst not being a holder of a licence or permit; Possession of Prohibited Drugs with Intent to Sell and Supply (cannabis); Possessed Drug Paraphernalia; Cultivate a Prohibited Plant and Unlicensed Firearm and Ammunition.
The man was bailed to appear in court at a later date.
