NORTHAM Family Practice has opened.
It is going to be the first 100 per cent bulk-billing practice in the Wheatbelt with four state-of-the-art consulting rooms, a treatment room and a pathology collection centre.
The practice opens Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
Same day appointments will be available.
The practice is utilising the lovely rustic heritage-listed old post office in Northam, at 33 Wellington Street, in place of the old Art Centre.
Four general practitioners will be available at the practice.
York Medical Centre veteran Mones Beshara is returning to his favourite area of practice, the Wheatbelt.
He will see patients two days a week and is the practice principal.
Joining him is his wife Margo Gaid, a graduate of Egypt's University of Assiout.
She has a special interest in women's health and skin disorders.
She will practice full time
Shereen Awadalla has an interest in paediatrics and women's health and Ashraf Gad has an interest in surgical procedures, health assessments, women's health and men's health.
He will be working full time from mid-January
All the doctors live in Northam.
