AT THE committee meeting of the Visitor Centre held last week co-ordinator Glenice Bachelor said this year had been a great success particularly with the recent bus tours by RAC and Kibarelli giving good feedback.
Ms Bachelor said she felt confident more tours would be attracted to the Wheatbelt in the future.
The Saturday morning market continues to be popular with locals and passing traffic and the museum section also continues to grow with historical and items of local interest still coming in.
Also attracting customers is Karen's mobile hairdressing.
Karen is in attendance at the market every first and third Saturday of the month.
A final request for photos to be handed to the committee before the last meeting of the year so that they can be scanned and a selection made for the proposed photographic book of history of the district in readiness to put in place at the first meeting next year.
The final meeting for this year will be held on November 18 and Cody McCreery's boot sale will again be held in conjunction with the market day on December 6.
Last year young Cody assisted by family and friends, raised over $1000 which was passed on to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation and Cody is hoping that the community will again support him in his fundraising effort.
