THE Northam Country Club was full of smiles and excitement when Essential Personnel held its annual awards night last month.
Clients, employers and staff members travelled from Midland, Moora, Merredin, Cannington, Northam and surrounding areas to help celebrate lots of wonderful achievements.
Essential Personnel is a not for profit organisation that helps people with disabilities gain employment and so it is always rewarding to see the tremendous job that our clients do.
It was a great night full of fun, with challenges, quizzes and prizes to start the night off followed by the awards and then finger food.
Inspired by the television series Minute to Win it, clients took their turn participating in interesting challenges; from shaking ping-pong balls out of a tissue box strapped around you, to seeing who could stack the most cookies on top of one another in a minute.
After all of the excitement and games were over, special guests Mia Davies and Dr Tony Mylius presented the awards to clients and their employers.
The deserving recipients showed what hard work they have been doing and the phenomenal things that are going on in Essential Personnel.
The organisation said it looked forward to look forward to celebrating more amazing achievements in the years to come.
