WITH holidays over, the Northam Lawn Tennis Club will move into another gear with a busy schedule of pennants, junior coaching, midweek, Sunday social, Northam mixed doubles open, Northam men’s doubles open, annual general meeting and a quiz night on February 17 that will fill the calendar for the second half of the 2011/2012 season.
An Oz theme was a feature of last Sunday's social tennis followed by a sausage sizzle.
Bev Young was announced the best dressed, wearing an Aussie apron and head scarf.
The second round of the East Avon Tennis Association pennant competition will resume on February 4 at 1.30pm.
Both Northam teams will play away with Northam A-grade against York and Northam B-grade against Beverley.
Junior coaching will commence on February 6.

The Northam mixed doubles open day will be held on February 12 at 1pm sharp.
