“He then punched Brian in the face.”
Mr Murray was also punched in the eye and will need specialist medical treatment
Detectives arrested a 23-year-old Northam man on Monday, February 8 and charged him with two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one count of assault.
He was released on bail and is due to appear in Northam Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 2.
Mrs Davis is upset the alleged offender was granted immediate bail.
“He was arrested on Monday and was back on the streets the same day,” she said.
